Who may join
The intended minimum age is 16, or a higher age required where you live. Obtain guardian permission where applicable law requires it. Keep your account secure; never give someone your sign-in link, code, or session credentials.
What the pilot offers
MailDial provides a public number for private-destination email forwarding, a plain-text public Pool, and consent-based Circle contacts. Box displays delivery metadata; it does not store a private conversation inbox. Forwarding requires a verified destination. The app offers no file or image upload for messages, but ordinary email may contain attachments outside the app's interface. Availability and successful delivery are not guaranteed.
Your writing and choices
Keep ownership of your original writing. Give MailDial only the permission needed to store, display, and operate contributions you choose to submit, consistent with their visibility and retention. Post content you have rights to share. Human thoughts ordinarily expire after 72 hours; clearly labeled fictional studio editions may remain six months. A separate writer opt-in and review process is required for lasting Memoric publication. No reaction count or payment overrides that choice.
Consent and privacy
Contact requests require acceptance before saving a person to Circle. Honor declined requests, blocking, and privacy. Never publish someone else's private mail or identifying details without permission. MailDial does not sell protection from its own deliberate privacy leaks. Purchased Aura/contact allowances are a proposal, not a current payment service.
Unacceptable use
No fraud, impersonation, threats, exploitation, harassment, doxxing, unlawful financial solicitation, spam, automated signup abuse, or attempts to steal credentials. Do not use identity renewal to evade restrictions. Report immediate danger to local emergency services. No screening system guarantees safety.
Renewal, moderation, and requests
Reborn changes a number and clears saved Circle links after deliberate confirmation; it is not full account or history deletion. Public content may be removed and access restricted for abuse or legal obligations, with explanation and an appeal channel where required. Contact support for privacy requests, account closure, or moderation questions. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.
Information actually held may be preserved or disclosed for verified lawful requests or a legally permitted, necessary safety response. This does not permit indiscriminate access or publication of private communications. See the privacy notice.
Changes and consumer rights
Material updates should be dated and communicated. Nothing in these draft terms seeks to waive mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Operator identity, governing law, dispute handling, and liability wording require appropriate jurisdiction-specific review before final publication.
